Initial Consultation
You tell us what happened. We listen without judgment. We ask clarifying questions. We do not tell you your feelings are valid or invalid — that is not our role. Our role is to understand the situation with sufficient precision to assess it fairly.
Duration: 45–90 minutes. Complimentary.
Grievance Assessment
Our review board evaluates your grievance across four dimensions: severity, intent, duration, and third-party impact. You receive a written assessment with your Proportionality Score. Some clients find the score lower than expected. We stand by the methodology.
Duration: 3–5 business days. Included in all engagements.
Product Selection
Based on your Proportionality Score, we recommend the appropriate product. You may choose any product rated at or below your score. You may not choose one rated above it. This is not negotiable. It is the standard.
We will walk you through the options. There is no upselling. Only appropriate-selling.
Bystander Impact Assessment
Before any engagement proceeds, we map every party who could be affected. Anyone outside the direct grievance relationship is a protected bystander. The engagement is designed around them. If it cannot be, we redesign until it can be, or we decline.

Execution & Documentation
The engagement is carried out according to the agreed plan, under audit. Every action is documented in real time. The chain of custody is maintained throughout. Upon completion, you receive a full Engagement Report with certification of standards compliance.
Your report is archived for seven years.
Closure Certification
We ask that you confirm, in writing, that the matter is closed. This is not a legal document. It is an ethical one. Ethically Sourced Vengeance does not support ongoing or escalating engagements. We help you finish something, not start something.
